John is a Director in KPMG’s Technology Assurance practice with more than 18 years of audit and advisory experience. John’s extensive experience includes internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) audit services, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) 404 advisory, ERP pre- and post-go-live implementation assessments (SAP, Oracle and Great Plains), control optimization, IT and operational risk assessments, internal quality control reviews and external regulatory reviews (e.g., OCC, PCAOB and FRB). John has managed large multi-location and global manufacturing, retail and technology SOX 404 engagements as well as overseen internal audits for a global financial services company. John graduated from Brigham Young University with a Masters in Information Systems Management.
